Butane Forced Induction Q's

Post by python235 »

We All know butane i think!
we fill cigarite lighters with it !
there is a spray bottle that fills up the lighter that u all know
NOW THE Questions

1- How effictive is it as forced induction
2- Would a small amount be enough to induce change
3- Lets say we use a normal can on a small diametere pipe, and goes from the driver side to the intake filter for air, Would the amount that is realeased enough to induce change??

Please post ur ideas
IM THINKING OF DOING IT BUT FRIGHTENED THAT I MIGHT BUST THE ENIGNE !!

It would be wise not to use Butane. It has a low igniton temp.

Aren't you happy with your turbo system?? You want more power?? Well, work on your turbo system to increase the boost level instead of coming up with crazy ideas. :P

I've heard of Turbocharging, Supercharging, NOS Spraying, Propane for trucks, but I have never heard of any of these crazy ass systems you have mentioned  .

It is never wise to be a guinea pig for some new potentially dangerous induction system, if you really want to test it, convice a friend and use his car  .
