um... just looking at it, i'm gonna call it a crock. the housing and internals are a usb switch... you can see the input at the top and then the buttons control each rear piece... that seriously looks like crap, plus... there is no way you'd get that kinda performance gain out of something like that...
buy a grounding kit (make one) and get a choco chip... you'll prolly see better results that way!

go to radioshack and buy a potentiameter (variable resistor)...
solder leads on it and run it to the inside of the car from the air temp sensor...
adjust it until the cel goes off (it should go on)... then adjust it as you drive until you notice the difference. if the cel get's tripped, you've gone too far.
i dunno if you can still buy the original choco chips, but i'm sure someone could make you one for pretty cheap...

man why you keep on digging such things?? they are all crap.
the only thing that worked was a choco chip... it added power (not 20HP or even half that but it works) if you do get it then you have to kiss your fuel economy good buy.
