those are for boyscout cars made out of wood. it plausible but really stupid since you don't have all the right components.

if it smells like a scam 9 out of 10 times it will be a scam.

i have a few wires lying around anyone wanna buy some. i say it should give about 20 hp once i put a plastic box on it.

i'll sell it for $5 cheaper than anyone on ebay. don't worry it won't cost me but maybe two stamps to send to you.

yeah, just look at the so called "instruction manual". Added onto the photo of the "kit" on a pice of paper.

I can explain what this is. If you turn a can of powered air (dust remover) upside down and spray it on your hand...your hand will frost up because it is ICE cold...probably 0 degrees. Spraying this in your intake stream would simulate what nitrous does. Poor man sneaky Pete. Would I try it...dunno but that is what they are doing.
