Fast email customer service, pretty reliable in terms of getting a product. Returning/refunds, not sure yet... still waiting for them to receive the header. Hopefully they're not playing me...

Great company. Made up for not having product in stock by free express mail and free metal badges. A+ experience.

ordered the strut bar for my car and it came in a week. they say like 10-15 business days and it came in exactly a week. very good on shipping. will do business again if they had more good stuff.

Have been about 3 months since I sent the header back and NO REFUND!!! They do reply with saying that they haven't received anything yet...

Probably time to open up a claim with my credit card company...

i thought you had to do that within 30 or 60 days...

I sent it back within a week of having it...
And no, I shipped it without the tracking number or insurance to save the cost of shipping. I shipped it by a boat which is supposed to take around 2 months to arrive according to usps... it's been 3 months.

Ok, it's been over 3 months. They must have gotten the header by now, and guess what... they don't even reply to my emails anymore. Last 3 emails were completely ignored.
I'm in the process of opening a dispute with my credit company.

CONCLUSTION: Sharkracing is terrible... wrong item description (DOES NOT fit Daewoo Lanos), very poor email response, and most importantly no refund.
Just aweful... unless you live in Korea, it's not worth the risk.

Final Conclusion: Everything worked out well. They finally gave me my refund including the shipping to them. They gave it by paypal just like I requested. Pretty slow but still a good company.
