I paid for insurance but it won't help much since it was declared as a "charger sample" with a value of $18 USD.

I went to the Fed-Ex ground headquarters here in Edmonton and ended up talking to the primary manager about it.

I guess the Fed-Ex guy was brand new and was on a training exersise with one of the other drivers.

The manager said that niether of them know my area at all and he said he questioned why they were going out of their way to drop off my package when the "regular route driver" could have taken it over this morning.

Needless to say the Fed-Ex manager said he would send them back to the house where they dropped it off, collect the package and give me a call when they had it available for drop off.

SSAUTOCHROME did indeed set up the package such that it could be dropped off without a signature (called driver release) so it's partly their fault as well.

Needless to say it's a screw up on two fronts.... Fed-Ex and SSAUTOCHROME.

:D :D :D :D

I found my turbo!!!
The Fed-Ex guys delivered it to my neighbor ( 3524 instead of 3542 )
Thankfully she was an 80 year old "cat" lady who couldn't even lift up the box.
:D :D :D (sorry for the off topic)

you can shoot me later... but i'm gonna hijack...

i've been posting on superhonda and the ride revolution forum for a while trying to get some info on the d series honda motors. since we know the exhaust manifold fit with some minor drilling... theoretically the intake ports and injectors match up as well.

long story short...

there is a guy in my area who works at ride revolution and drives a crx. he recently ordered the spoon engine swap and is getting rid of the rest. he is giving me the intake manifold, throttle body. and fuelrail so that i can see what fits and what doesn't. if this turns out to be a match... we'll all be in hog heaven!
