Is there a disc brake conversion kit for a Nubira2? I would like to change from the drum brake system.
When in doubt, FLOOR it!!!
does the ABS fitted Nubi got rear discs? if yes then you know what to look for.

<sigh> Opel and Vauxhall are the same company. Marketting and British pride keep the Vauxhall name alive, but strangely only in the UK. Every other market has gone to the Opel name because frankly, the name Vauxhall sounds utterly silly if spoken with anything other than a British accent. Even here in Jamaica we've dumped the Vauxhall name because people here just don't associate it with a modern vehicle. That said, these cars are more Opel than Vauxhall because everything that has to do with them happens through Germany. When I speak of Daewoo's associations I too usually say Vauxhall this and that because I grew up reading Autocar&Motor, a British publication. But let's be honest. Vauxhall as an individual company died years ago.UK_REZ_ESSEXRACERS.COM wrote:its not an opel, its a vauxhall...

Secondly the Nubira is loosely based on the Cavalier/Rekord and not the Astra as you alluded to. The rear end may be similar but we have to be absolutely certain. That's why I am making it simple for the chap. Go for a 2.0L Nubira's rear end.
Cogito ergo sum...

Well..... I have to call it a Holden product just to be different.
The engine is the heart and it was manufactured in Holden's Port Melbourn engine plant in good old Australia.
The brakes are found in a number of vehicles...including a few Saab vehicles...... the older Vauxhall/Opel/Holden vehicles had the spindles welded on where as the newer ones were held on by four bolts.
I'd have to think 360Dynamics could source you the entire assembly from Korea ( if he can find the part numbers required )
