The 2.0L should be able to surpass 120 easily so my guess is something must be wrong.
Not really.. my car will get up to 120 in a second.. it accels so fast up to that. But there is seriously something areodynamic stopping it at that.. even with 5 ppl and the windows down i can get up to 120 and decently fast.. but it just crawls up to 125 and doesnt wanna go any faster.
Ill be sure to make a post after i do my areo work
Believe it or not, the fastest i ever got in my forenza was 135 and it's an automatic. I did it on the Interstate racing with a mustang, but he was slowly leaving me.

Now thats its cooled off i can hold it at 128 pretty well.. ive gotten it to 135 w/ the m/t. The autos definitly have the advantage at high speeds though
i got my leganza to 210km/h shortly after i got the head reconditioned and the new transmission. Previously i could only get to 190 with a stuffed bottom end

I've only gotten my '00 Lanos to 110mph before the governor kicks in. It's an AT and the only way I got to 110 was by forcing the tranny to stay in 3rd til the computer forced it to shift.
