Maybe your tires are square. Seriously, you might have some irregulary worn tires that are making the vibrations.

it could be a tire. i recently had a knot in one of my tires and it gave some wobble/vibrations around 70mph or when i was creeping along.

the vibration could be due to a worn out ball joint at the steering or the control arm... the wining sound could be a bent axel or bad wheel bearings.

yes it would... actually i have survived a horrable accedent on Saturday that almost clamed my life (this is why i was not here during the past few days).

my woo survived the accedent as well but it suffered a bent rear left axel that caused the bearings to foul and need replacment, the car starts to whine at some 90 km\h due to the bearings not rotating freely.

will give more detailes on the accedent later.
