I have a number of quesitons for you, as I'm very interested in your hoods but I don't want to import hoods all the way from Poland if they aren't going to be really good quality.
Do you guys do the carbon fiber hoods yourself or do you have a subcontractor who manufacturers them for you?
Do you have pictures showing your hood manufacturing setup?
What type of resin is used?
What type of Gel coat is used?
Do you use a standard mold layout or a Vacuum mold system?
Is the hood carbon fiber mat on both sides or just the top surface?
Do you use Fiberglass or Kevlar in conjunction with the carbon fiber?
Do you have a Guarantee on the hood?
If so how long?
How are the hood hinge mounts set up..... do you use an aluminum or steel threaded insert or is is a threaded multilayer resin support ?
What is the weight of a typical fully finished hood? (say for a Civic)
Do you have volume discounts for say 10 or 20 hoods?
Would you consider making a few hoods with a kevlar/carbon fiber mat instead of your standard carbon fiber?
