Perhaps a broken or loose fuse or relay, or maybe just a weak connection or ground point somewhere.
It is very strange that they activate, but not enough.
It probabally has something to do with your recent amp trouble. You probabally accidently loosened a ground point somewhere and now it is only getting intermittent power. Go through the grounds you were checking and make sure that nothing is loose.

If they move a little, it means that they are getting electricity, however, there may be physically something gotten in the way of one of the locks.
As you know, when you open or close 1 lock by hand, they all open and close at the same time.
If one lock has something physically in the way keeping it from closing, then none of the locks would close.
So, when you press the remote or try to lock them, they try to lock, but since 1 can not finish moving into place, none of them do.
Just an idea.

Yeah it was a ground wire! One weird thing though.. the drivers door lock you couldnt even lock or unlock it by hand but the rest you could. although its probably a safty thing so you dont lock yourself out.
Thanks again!
