speed sensor location

Anybody have any idea where the speed sensor is for an auto tranny? I'm pretty sure that's what it is if I can find the thing. Driving the car for a second time, the speedo won't even kick in until I'm going about 20mph, and then when it does it's seems like it's reading about 20-25 mph too high. It jumps from 0 to 40. Everything else seems fine.
Download the manual from where? this site? I don't see a link to manuals, but I've read all of the threads about the speed sensors and come up with nothing for an auto. Are there manuals on daewootech.com someplace and I'm just not seeing them? If you could look it up in your service manuals I'd appreciate it a lot. I was going to order my own when I order parts, but I want to make sure that the speed sensor is actually the problem before I order anything.

First... Go to this link and download both parts of the manual (might as well have the whole thing even if the missing section is about the manual transmission).
Then go to section 5A Page 269... Right there it gives a description of the speed sensor parts and where they are located. Honestly, seeing how I don't have an automatic transmission, that's the best I can offer you for help.

Cool, I found it. This will save me $50 for the paper manual. It seems the sensor also is supposed to control the auto tranny's shift timing as well. It shifts smoothly though so maybe the sensor isn't the problem. Anybody have a clue on what would cause the speedo to act like it is if the sensor does turn out to be good?
it might be that the needle is loose. that might be why it reads like 20mph over than what it actually is. i know b/c when i switched out my gauges i had to take them off and it took forever to get the speedo good enough b/c i had to take off the little peg that stops the needle. mine still isn't perfect but its only off by 5mph over what i'm actually doin. i hope this made sense.

1 blizzard and 1 sick grandmother later I finally got around to working on the problem. I think I found the cause and luckily it was simple. I took the speed output sensor out and out gushed about 0.5L-1L of tranny fluid, which from what I've read, shouldn't happen. It looks like the tranny just had too much fluid in it and it was messing up the sensor. I cleaned the already clean looking sensor just in case, put it back in, and took it for a drive. The speedo seems to work perfect now. Thanks for everybody's help. I doubt I'd of found the sensor or the problem if it wasn't for this site and I'm sure I'll be back.
