FS 1.6L Engines (stock engine, Show Engine, Bare Block) pics
Contemplating selling my 1.6L engines.
One is completely dressed up and ready for show. Block is completely painted, head is ceramic coated, manifold is ceramic coated. TONS of powdercoated parts. 33K miles
Another is completely stock and untouched. 46K miles
Another is just a block with internals. Block broke near starter ring. Spun bearing or wrist pin is loose. only 10K miles on it!!
Let me know if you would be interested in any of these and make an offer.

I'm interested, but not able to make an offer quite yet. I'm thinking I would be interested in the stock untouched one.
Not even sure what to offer for something like that to be honest, but still can't offer anything right away.
Actually... on second thought... I think I will pass on that. I think if I want another engine I'll want to buy a 2.0 or something bigger then the 1.6 to replace my engine with, rather than going with another 1.6 ...
Sorry bout that hehe.

Market value for engines with such low mileage are in the $500-$800 range
of course I'd want a bit more for the show-quality one. I'll get some pics of it. It's really good looking.
The stock engine will come with my babyblue and silver powdercoated valve cover if you want it.
The block w/ internals I'll let go for cheap. Make offer.
The show-quality one is good to go right now and the stock one would be ready to go in a few months (after I get a daily driver).

Nah I had these engines sitting around. I don't have a garage anymore so I could like to get them out of storage.
The stock one is currently in the car which I wanna replace with a 2.0 at some point. So that will need to wait until I get a daily driver first.

Some pics of the show motor:
This valve cover is not included with this motor. See below for the new valve cover.
Front of the block without the exhaust manifold
Rear of the block without the intake manifold
Side view. You can see the cylinder head ceramic coating.
Other side view. You can see the powdercoated pullies, motor mount, and tranny mount.
Front of the block with the exhaust manifold installed.
Underneath you can see the crank pully, AC pully and bracket and tranny mount powdercoated.
Silver metalic Powdercoated intake manifold
Assorted brackets in Shimmering Candy Blue Powdercoat (not all are on the motor)
Valve cover in white and Shimmering Candy Blue Powdercoat
Ceramic Coated exhaust manifold (ported and polished)
As you can see ALOT of work went into this motor. Last thing I wanted to do to it was powdercoat the oil pan but I never got around to getting that done.
Serious offers only please.
