It's a gif file not an avatar, not used to that file format. will try to do better

What kind of software's make these avatars, where can you go to download it. I had a very cool gif format file, but thesite kept telling me it was too big so I kept making it smaller, until you see what u see now.

if you already got the gif then all you need is to host it on a web site and post a link to it in the avatar section of your profile.
