I need a Daewoo manual shift assembly. I believe that one from the Lanos, Nubira, or Leganza will work. I don't care what condition it is in as long as the bottom where it clips to the linkage is intact and strong. I'm planning on doing something original with it, not a short shifter, but you'll see. I'm neck-deep in a full interior overhaul because I got sick of having to look at super-low quality injection-molded plastic in my interior with a car that looks so nice from the outside. I'm almost up to the paint stage, and I'll give pics when I'm done.
Basically, I just need that shifter, I could use my own, but it would be convenient to be able to drive the car while my interior is out getting painted.
PLEASE!!!
Thanks!

No, I looked at the '94 Cavalier shifters a few weeks back and while they look 90% identical, it is the bottom that connects to the linkage that is different, and therefore unuseable. Also, when shortening the Cavalier shifter, they are only able to remove about 1 inch, which is almost nothing. And like I said, I don't need it to make a short shifter...
