Does anybody know where I can find an 8v head flange to make a turbo header with?

it's a C20get/lt3 2.0 8v turbo sunbird. The flange for the exhaust manifold looks to be the same as any of the other 8v turbo heads like the 1.5 and 1.8.

I used to scroll through Mantapart all the time back when I was building a 2.3 H/O turbo motor in a cavalier I had. I had no idea they made parts for the ohc engines. Unfortunately they don't have any flanges listed for anything.

I had mine laser cut locally out of 25mm stainless 304.

The guys can cut any metal up to 30mm wll you have to provide is an exhaust gasket for them to make a template from. I made mine quite thick so that they could be machined after welding.

The stainless was expensive, but I got the 3 flanges I needed all cut at the same time i.e. Turbo mount and exhaust out fo turbo. cost me R1000 which is about us$125.

Check your area for laser profiling people.
