Nubira2.2,

should be turning the key very very soon, today the flange is gonna get a little skimmed

yesterday found some base maps for the C20XE, one standard and another for a 255 bhp C20XE (NA) my tuner will look at them so that he get an idea on how to tune the ignition map of the ECU.

wich still has the 1.8 non vtec map :P

remember that the car hasnt been properly mapped.

well i tought it only needed that, but lots of minor things appeared on the way, like making a new base for the alternator tensioner.

again still needs the water pipe, fuel (the tank its empty ) and conector plug for the intake air temperature sensor.

lets see if we can do that for tomorrow.

base map for the C20XE is a good start

imagine if we could be able to plug a Honda P28 ECU and tune it with CROME/Uberdata/Hondata/etc.

if we are able to do this mod ecu remaping will be eassy

why didnt u instead use a ITB system

there is a how to for Honda's it should work for us

u can chek it out @ homemadeturbo.com

it would be less expensive and more responsive

ass i once sayd it that intake manifold will make u loose some torque but will gain good top end power

hope to see results soon

im not using a c20xe base map, i got the maps from another standalone (DTA)

imagine? just do what i did. its mapped with CROME.

CROME can handle ITB's. ITB are still more expensive and for what i want (turbo next year) i dont need ITB's

less torque? the runners a more longer for a better low end torque.

gonna sort that tomorrow moring because it was a bit dark to dig around the fuse box.

The dimensions aren't a big deal. Make the manifold fit and look the way you want it to. There wasn't a ton of engineering in there, just solid principles about air movement and runner shape. Design the manifold for yourself to fit the engine bay and your needs as far as throttle and such.
