What piston brings the 2.0 8v Sunbird GT Turbo in the USA, they are MAHLE ?

are they forged?
the C20XE and C20LET had forged pistons made by mahle

I'm pretty sure the Mahle C20GET pistons are forged.... 8:1 compression... only bad thing was that they have pressed in piston pins instead of floating ones like the C20LET.

no, you cant use the 1.6's parts on a 2.0

i was told from a guy from venezuela, that the 2.2 head has smaller combustion chamber?

do you have the C20GET now or are you think of getting it. if you plan to do a build upyou will iether have to cut valve reliefes in a set of GET pistons or use a set of T20SED pistons. your compression ratio would be 9.6:1 on stock internals. i'm working on a set of custom pistons with CP Pistons and custom rod with Crower to drop the ratio to 8.0:1.
