Yes, this is correct. As Chris mentioned, we both wait for parts. They 'should' be here in 3 weeks time or so... considering X-Mas backlog of all mail worldwide...um...I'll better shut up.
Anywho, what I am waiting for is the right pressure plate and manifold. Once these two arrive, the motor goes in.

Well, the parts didnt show up yet I am seriously getting impatient.
As an update, motor is as complete as it can be, with everything bolted on (no exhaust manifold yet, nor pressure plate/clutch). I also worked a little bit with the restrictive throttle body. Mine was of style with 2 lips, extending 15mm or so into the air stream. There was one above and one below the butterfly. Nothing some milling cannot remove
Some updated photos. I even managed to try some 'engine art work' hehe
Tom
Motor front:
Motor side:
Intake manifold with 48lbs injectors
Fuel rail
Throttle body
An artsy attempt

Very nice looking pics, I love that metallic blue scheme you have going on. Top notch work!

Shouldn't you get the pressure plate and stuff soon? I think last I talked to you they were still stuck at customs

After seeing my friend's turbonetics turbo, I decided mine looks rather uninteresting..
Turbo before:
And after about 1.5hrs of playing around with variety of tools
Power-wise, motor will be tuned for 7psi break-in period. Target boost is low, to mid 20s.
