I used a genuine Malpassi 1:1 RRFPR.

The "Malpassi Replacement" one should be ok - looks like it's a 1.9:1 FPR - so you'll run richer than a 1:1.

The second one doesnt appear to be a Rising Rate regulator - so not so good for turbo.

Don't forget the 100psi fuel pressure gauge too!

That last Malpassi auction doesnt look/sound like it's a rising rate one. It's still probably worth bidding on since the gauge isnt cheap normally and you could use it on the 1:1 RRFPR when you find one. You could even resell that FPR anyway to get some money back.

The other auction for the liquid filled fuel pressure gauge should be suitable.

Keep looking for the Malpassi 1:1 RRFPR! :)

Remember that this will just bump up fuel pressure when it's on boost so it'll run rich. It wont even address the ignition timing. A piggyback ECU that controls fuel and spark is far more precise and highly recommended - but far more expensive.

Oil sandwich adaptor. Just give VPW a call to order - i remember I order before 12pm and got the delivery from them the next day - they're pretty good.

The one I ordered was TD-1350: OIL SANDWICH ADAPTER-18MM X 1

Yes - Pirtek for the win!

If you print out the photos from the How To guide they should be able to make something up for you. They had it done in a couple of days - some of the fittings they didnt have on the shelf and they had to make up the connector for the oil feed line.

I cant remember the exact length but that sounds about right. If it's too long you can always get them to recrimp a new fitting or cable tie it away. The only thing the guys said was to make the two lines that come into the connector from the sandwich plate as short as possible.

Photos are good - time for a new thread on your turbo project. Try to keep a step by step guide, budget, instructions, photos, etc, etc :)
