Hi

As far as I know its better to vent the rocker cover to the sucking side of the turbo, not the blowing side.

Bare in mind on a NA car, the inlet manifold is drawing air into itself, therfore sucks any oil mist from the rocker cover into the motor instead of venting it to the atmosphere, however a turbo car pushes air into the inlet maniold and would therefore push air back into the motor pressurising the crankcase.

BUT i am sure you know that, i guess a one way valve would work, however, think about how much time your car will spend on boost (mine is as soon as it hits 2500 rpm) the valve will be closed most of the tie meaning your crankcase will try and vent itself through the oil filler cap !

I am putting an extra breather on the rocker cover and venting these to an oil catch tank which in turn wil vent to the induction pipe between the airfilter and the turbo.

Definitely do not hook up the crankcase vent to the charge pipes that will see boost. Pressure in the crankcase is not good. Get a hose to go from the crankcase vent to your turbo inlet and include an oil catch can if you want. For the air temp sensor, you can try to put it in the charge pipe close to the original stock location, but it might be difficult to completely seal the hole for boost. Also I have no idea what effect boost will have on the air temp sensor.

i wouldnt hook up any valve cover breaders to my intake or intercooler piping
that would contaminate the AFR and the inside of the intercooler piping and intercooler
just put a catch can and vent it to atmosphere

i did my intercooler piping in a muffler shop for like $60

works good

it only needs some paint

It won't really change the AFR that much, not enough to cause any problems. Yes over a long time it will make the inside of your piping oily and dirty. Here where I live if you just vent it to atmosphere and you get caught its a $350 ticket - and cops know exactly what to look for. So not really worth it to take the chance over something so small.

and yeah John why are you starting so many new topics? don't you want all your information about your project to be organized and in one thread? with all these topics everything is so scattered around and will be hard for you to find in the future.
