In essence the car is finished. I drove it the other day down the street, and it definetely needs tuning. I am getting the insurance reinstated this mon, so roughly this is when I'll start driving the car. Before that happens, however, I still need to fix the headlamps (they dont work for some reason) and bleed the brakes again.
The motor runs great and strong. She is running rich at this point (about 11:1 at idle), but this should get fixed by means of reducing idle fuel pressure and adjusting air flow map via emanage. Throttle response is instant, and motor momentarily revs to 3K at only 5% throttle... Turbocharger seems to be spooling properly and car goes forward strong when the manifold pressure becomes ambient...feels nice. More to follow.

Kinky => what you see is power distribution box, with build in volt meter. Has 3 unfused 0-4 gauge inputs, and 2 fused 6 gauge outputs, eBay for about US 25

Today was the first day the car could be driven 'normally'. For starters, solid mounts create tons of vibration. Way too much for my likes... I ended up drilling out all 3 engine mounts (they were initially filled with urethane), which did help to a point, but still vibration was annoying. At the end, I replaced the rear mount with completely OEM unit. I am still unable to move the motor by hand, but the 'drive' quality is acceptable now. I have 3 definite rattles inside the car (interior) and could hear exhaust hitting the chassis...but once located and fixed, car should be very much confortable noise-level at cruising speeds.
Upon the initial startup (I am running stock injectors for the time being), there was problem with hesitation, rough rpm increase and stalling upon rpm return to idle. Part of the problem was the wideband's sample rate (its set to act as a narrow-band on the secondary output to keep the ECU happy). ECU could not cope with its speed. Its currently slowed down to 1/8second, and with altered voltage map for the lean/reach conditions (THANKS CHRIS!!!!) This helped a lot, but the main predicament was caused by the check valve attached to the MAP sensor. DO NOT DO IT. Our motors do not like it at all (its the lack of check valve's capability to vent back) At the end, 3 BAR map sensor will be installed, and defficiencies in the fuel compensated via e-manage, which appears to be nicely compatible with the Nubi's system...or something link the missing link used (http://www.synapseengineering.com/produ ... ml001.html)
I need to put about 500km on the car before I can start thinking about boosting it. I'll try to post a video in the next day or two.
