Hey guys,
My horn stopped working a couple of days ago. I noticed it when I was driving and I had to honk and it wouldnt go off....first time it ever happens. Now it works *sometimes* , maybe once out of 20 times. Needless to say this is not only inconvenient but in a such a driver-friendly city like Miami not safe at all. I did a search and came up with this topic
http://www.daewootech.com/forum/viewtop ... light=horn but its 4 years old, and I was wondering if any one has some new information on how to fix it or at least somethings I should know before taking it to a mechanic....any help at all would be greatly appreciated!
thanks in advance
Leganza horn not working

the first thing i would look for is a blown fuse. if the fuse i good, your next bet is to get a multimeter, set it to 20 vdc and place it in the 2 contacts inside of the plug that goes into the horn. have some one press the horn for you. if you get power to the plug but the horn doesnt work, you need a new horn. they are cheap at auto pats stores. if you dont have power to it, leave one contact in the horn and place the other on the negative side of the battery, have them push the horn. if that does nothing then make contact with the other wire in the horn plug, adn touch the other contact to the negative on tha battery. if you get a reading from either of those you have a bad ground.
+1 to mofo's advice
And if you do need a new horn ?
