Dear all,
My VGIS activate at 4000 RPM, is there any low cost and simple method to make it activate at 3000 RPM?
Any guys out there sucessfully done so?

i made it activated all the time, from idle to the max RPM. simply i removed the hose wich is leading to the VGIS

now my VGIS is set to one quarter open all the time. It become fully actived at beyond 4000RPM.

I ran two tanks of petrol , 1 with the VGIS hose connect and the other WITHOUT the VGIS hose connected..
I lost about 30-50kms per tank with the VGIS disconnected ( Butterflies open all time ) as opposed to with vacumm connected and butterflies opening from 4000rpm onwards... I did notice a slightly smoother quicker rev range with the hose disconnected. Although i do have a Pod filter setup..

the VGIS didn't come on any engine other than the 1.6 DOHC
