headlights (no longer needed)

I will probably be in need of a set of headlights for a lanos. I'm looking at one with a snapped tb. prob gonna buy and fix...I already checked the head...no valve damage.

Compression test is a possibilty
Leakdown test

i know the ways to check, i was just wondering how he knows, what i was wondering is what did he do to check?

I looked at it the tb isn't snapped and the tensioners are fine. So, I pulled the head off with the mechanics permission (he couldn't get it off

) And the valves look fine. It does need a head gasket though cause I screwed it up lifting the head up.

Besides even if I can't get it to run...the guys bringing it to my door for $250.
