Tranny FLuid

Post by jl4n3 »

I located a red plug on top of the tranny labeled "Trans Fluid" respectively. Now this cap is right on top of the tranny to the right of the motor. How do I check the tranny fluid, and do I check it while it is idle, cold, or hot??

How much tranny fluid should I have?

Any and all info is appreciated.

Thanks!

Thanks, I did search and read those first but figured there was a "retard proof" method lol. But I guess I will solo it once again!

I have learned more about cars in the past 3 weeks that in my whole life...

I usually just fill it up o_o Or if it's drained from having a shaft out put 2 litres of trans fluid and some trans treatment in
