I recommend Magnaflow CATs by far. For me it was smaller and lighter than stock. Took out a tad bit of raspyness, and of course improved performance.

I'm in the process of putting togather full exhaust system for forenza/reno owners and it only has one HI-flow CAT. My car seams to pass emissions but not everyone is
