Nice find... and price. Before anyone dismisses this because "it's for the Euro cars" or because "the kits are hard to find" then know that I has a 1200 pressure plate here and plenty available and carbon/kevlar disks too. This also means you can use this flywheel even if your OE flywheel is "flat". I heighly recommend getting this flywheel, it will cut about 5lbs off the flat style and more than 8lbs off the OE pot style.

this is listed for the 2.0 and 2.2 but it will also work on the 1.6 and 1.8 (Saturn Astra) as well.

How much benefit would you see using one of these? Does the engine rev a lot free-er? Or do you see more benefits with different setups? aka more gain froma turbo'd motor than an N/a ? or vice versa?

Never looked into something like this, all i know is that they're better

I can't comment much on power but you can lose hp. A lacetti club in spain with the 1.6l reported 1.7-1.8% gains with a lightweight flywheel, but I don't know how much they took off.

Other than power increase they are really great. The revs are so fast and fun, it's a hell of allot easyier to heel and toe (aka blip the throttle while braking to downshift). Or if your on the highway it's allot easyier to drop down a gear and take off.

that is a good point the fidanza flywheel retails at $440, I have it listed at $405 and postage would be close to $40 (not really sure yet) so figure $445-$450 area.
