anyone in St. John's NL have spare parts for 2001 Lanos?

I was told I need a tie rod for the right front tire, but the garage tried ordering from 3 different places and none of the tie rods fit! Should I take a chance on ordering online...and how do i know it's the correct part even then? Is there anyone else here in St. John's with access to 2001 Daewoo Lanos parts that I can buy, even used/refurbished parts, as long as they fit?
