A shroud is basically just a cover, you just fabricate one from say, fiber glass or something, so that it sets around the fornt of the rad, forcing air into the rad and not around it

You should be able to do it yourself......... just go back and edit your very first post and change the topic in there. Thats what I always do with my thread.

Thats strange, I was always able to go back and edit my first post, and it dates back to around the same time as yours.

how big's that computer screen?! lol
what are you gonna do about the controls that were on the dash (blowers/air-con, etc?) surely you'll need them to keep warm in winter or de-fog the windows...?

8 inch 800x600 with touch screen... It's nice and big enough...
I don't have much spare time, but I will put some model steering servos and control them with AVR to get complete air conditioning center over PC and small display when PC isn't on...
