Aluminum wheels deep scratchs

my car is lanos 1997
with Aluminum wheels 14"
the Aluminum wheels have many deep scratchs
and i think it is affect wheel balance
i need any way to repair these deep scratchs
can i use sandpaper ?

unless you can aluminum weld. you'll have to take it to a shop that can. b/c just grinding them down with a grinder will be taking off more weight at that.
