Now where to start!
Now & then my CEL will come on & the car idles ruff. There is no ryme or reason for when this happens.
When I get towards the high end of revs before I change gears, the engine sputters & I loose power for a fraction of a second. This is most prominant between 30-40Kmps in 2nd gear!
Now the confussing bit!
If I have been driving for at least 1 minute, I will turn the car off, restart the car after 5 seconds, and the problem is gone!!!
If anyone has an ides at where to start to solve this, it would be greatly appreciated!

When the Check Enging Light comes on, does it stay on or just flicker on?
Do you notice any other behaviour when the CEL comes on e.g. air conditioner stops or headlights dim or other electrical type issues?
It could just be a loose connection to one of the sensors that effect engine timing.
Maybe the stopping and starting shakes the connection and it comes comes good for a time.
When the engine has been standing for a while, maybe going cold, changes the connection.
