Dash coming up. Annoying the heck out of me!!!

My dash is coming up where the vents are located. I tried some type of 3m glue and it worked for a bit but it's coming back up. Has anyone found a good solution for this?

j/b weld, but only use a small amount and clamp it over night. (if you use to much in can seep down into your gauges, or other wiring, etc. etc.)

anyone try gorilla glue...i know it holds spoilers on cars and such. There's also some glue made by the same company that Ford uses to glue panels on truck beds...if it holds the skin on a truck bed then its gotta be able to hold down the dash...I'll find the name of it for you.
