quick question

The car was on jackstands, both sides, I can spin the wheels freely. I tried as hard as I could, and again, I'm kinda strong so I thought it wouldn't be a big deal if I exerted myself a little, but after like 25 mins of work, the bastard was still on there, I think I could have driven around without the lugs without my wheel falling off.

go to your nearest lumberyard and buy a 97 cent stud 2x4. get on the opposite side of tht car, put the 2x4 against the inside of the wheel in question (running under the car) and proceed to use a mallet or hammer.
have a friend there to spin the wheel and the re-position the board so you don't bend anything...
if that doesn't work, find a can of "PB Blaster." that stuff is a million times better than wd-40 on rusted, corroded, and just plain stuck parts.
