Well this Big pully is the Power steering pump... below (just like the 8v) goes the AC... the smaller black pully is an Auto tensioner for the "One belt system" (Altenator, Power steering, crank pulley, AC)
i do have the 2.0 8v with out Power steering and AC, it does feel very good with out PS and 15" 195/50 tyres.
just like Erfinder said this parts have to be removed to make room for the 2.0 Lemans/Sunbird mounting braket...
with this 2 thing out of the way and the mounting braket installed it will look like this:
