john_trickle wrote:I put in the 2l nubira injectors to compensate for more fuel i didnt realize i had to change the pump aswell i suppose these things have to be done this mechanic has worked on alot of turbos so he knows what hes talking about, once i get it all tuned ill give you some specs. Ireally enjoyed doing this project i learnt alot from doing it.john_trickle wrote:The dyno just called me and said the fuel pump needs to be changed its not allowing enough fuel through he said the lanos fuel pumps 1.2 litres at 200KPAjohn_trickle wrote: Its getting dyno today sometime so ill have graphs soon.

7 psi of intercooled boost produces a 55% power gainmr_sikma wrote:how much boost are you running and what power is it making?
6-7 psi is what a lot of OEM applications use.
10 psi should be possible with a stock A12/A14
14.7 lbs gives theoretically double the airflow so max. power would be about 2x stock, but this isn't actually the result. The reason is that the stock induction and exhaust system won't flow this much air under pressure. However, the low rpm torque could approach 2x (at about 2250 rpm) if a small turbo is used. So a 130hp turbo engine will have much more performance than a 130hp NA engine
1986 Honda 1.5 liter ran boost of 4.0 bar - that's 300 bhp ... per cylinder with special fuel

4.0bar!!!!!!!!!! so around 55psi, are you serious?
i know how turbos etc work as i have a 2.6ltr sigma turbo. making around 120kws on 15psi
so has yours been dynoed yet?and what power in kws @ wheels is it making?

i recommend a TB off a 2.0 engine... it is way bigger than your polished and ported 1.5 TB going to be.

a T20SED out of a nubira or leganza... you will need to do a little mod to the bolt holes on the TB to fit the bigger bolts of the 1.5 engine.
