WTB: Valve Cover Nuts, Washers, and Gaskets.

Post by BosnianLanos »

Hey guys...I need your help! I need to buy the 10 or so nuts, washers, and gaskets that hold the valve cover to the head. Mine are all wrong. I've lost a couple, my gaskets are dried and cracking, and I've needed a replacement set for a while. I could ghetto-rig something, sure, but my car is going to be for sale, so I'd like to have everything squared away for the new buyer. I couldn't find these things on gm-car-parts for the life of me...and the dealership in St. Pete needs to special order them and I don't have 3 weeks to wait. I'd like new ones...but if you have a decent used set, I'll make you an offer.

Thanks!

LoL, the older Green one! The Red one is here to stay! I really don't want to let it go, but there are currently 5 cars in my family...and no one drives the green Daewoo. It's more sad for me to see it sit there and collect dust than to sell it to someone who appreciates it. Besides, I'm paying $45 in insurance monthly. At nearly $600 a year...it's truly money down the drain.

Besides, after that, I get more time, money, and room to work on my Red Lanos!
