Since it has 3 mounting bolts, it is more similar to the one of astra mk3, as opposed mk2, which only has 2 mounting bolts. Are they identical? I do not know.

Gsi's right, the mk2's have 2 mounting bolts, where as the mk3s and lanos have 3 mounting bolts and they are identical in size, diam. etc.
Cargo cultism is a beautiful thing as long as you never fall for it.
