04' Suzuki Forenza S Brake Question

I purchased a Forenza S in June of 04'. a month later the brakes started making this noise. its not like a scraping or anything, its just like a noise i dont really know how to explain it. but every time i apply the brakes it comes on, and you can hear it for about 3 or 4 seconds and then it goes away. Sometimes when I have been driving for a long time, the noise will stay until i come to a complete stop.

Should I have the Suzuki dealership take a look at this? Would the brakes be under warranty? The car only has 3100 miles on it so I dont see why the brakes should be doing this. I am not a hard braker or anything, and most of my driving is highway driving. Im Confused.

One more question, will they charge me to take a look at the brakes?

i would take it to the dealer and have them look at it, with only 3100 miles on it, you have a bumper to bumper warrany until 36k
