Hi,
My 1.6 Nubira rear brake drum has a little play when I shake the wheel. Is it just a question of retightening the big nut as for old VW? What about torque for it?

if the play goes away when the brakes is applied then it is the bearings for sure.
tigtining the bolt as in the old VW will solve this, i personally did that on my lanos but i am not sure about the torque... i just tigned the bolt till their was no play at all.
