Changing Manual transmission fluid in 1.5 Cielo

Hey everyone. I would like to change the manual transmission fluid in my 96 1.5L Cielo. I noticed from other threads that there is no drain plug. I saw that some people used the filler plug and siphoned it out. The problem is I can't find the filler plug on my tranny. I can see some sort of plasticy plug but it won't come off. (there are actually 2 of these, one is above the other). Any help would be greatly appreciated! THanks! :)

why do you want to change it? i think it is not ment to be replaceable and thats why their is no drain plug for it.
