Need help with UD pulley
A few months ago I installed a ud pulley on my suzuki forenza and had no problems. I think the belt it came with is going bad allready cause it makes a wierd sound, not a squeal like most belts but just a rough chaffing kinda noise. Put belt dressing on and it went away 4 a while then came back. When i floor the gas pedal now the engine struggles at firs and the muffler kinda backfired then the car picks up speed.. Where to buy a new belt that would fit?

Inspect the belt to make sure its okay... nearly 40 other people have the UD pulley and your the first I've heard a problem from so I wouldn't be suprised if its something else.
Anyways im 90% sure the part # is good year 40607256PK1840... if you dont find it I'll find the correct part # but I'm almost sure thats it.

also hesitation and backfiring is not related to belt problem.

Try to check the spark pllugs. I know when mine get lose that car starts to make a sound somewhat similiar to what you describe. I like to say it sounds a bit like a muffled diesel. I wouldnt be suprised if it backfired from that too. Either way, if its backfiring thats most likly an ignition or fuel problem.
