in need of repair manuals and repair advice

looking for any repair manuals for 2000 daewoo nubira.als any advise on why my car would hesitate between 0 and 30 miles an hour after coming to a stop. replaced plugs and wires have been told could be timing belt, or could be cam sensor, also been told could be coil pack. if you have had any of these parts go bad and can let me knowhow you found out what to replace i would appreciate it.
